  • n. (noun) - a name word
  • v. (verb) - an action word
  • ad. (adjective/adverb) - a describing word
  • prep. (preposition) - a word used to show a relation
  • pro. (pronoun) - a word used in place of a noun
  • conj. (conjunction) - a joining word
