Quitting your job
Their may be a time when you want to quit your place of work, you could just stand up and shout, 'I quit!!!' But it is best to leave a job professionally. Be leaving a job correctly it allows you to maybe in the future to return.
An offer from another company what to say to your manager
Hi Mr Jones, I have a great offer to work for another company. I enjoyed every minute of my time here, but I don't want to miss out on this chance. So I am putting in my four week notice.
Giving notice
Giving a four week notice is common practise sometimes thought it can be as short as one week. By giving notice to your current employer give them the chance to employee someone to replace position you have created.
Not giving a four week notice is one way to leave the company on bad terms. Don't worry the new company will understand that you have to give your old company notice and will not expect you to start your job immediately.

Hi Mr Jones, sorry to inform you, but I am leaving the company. I really enjoyed my time working here and I'm greatful for all your help you have given me with my work. I will work four weeks notice.
Hi Mr Jones, I just received an offer from a another firm. This is a super chance for me so I have accepted the offer. I am not leaving because I don't like the work or colleagues. I have so enjoyed my time working here. But I want a new challenge and make new friends. I hope you can understand my reason.
Leaving a company for traveling or spending time with family
Mr Jones, I have decided to leave the company. I have been working here for over 20 years and I have enjoyed it so much.I feel like I need a break to spend more time with my wife and children. I will work the full four week notice.
Mr Jones, I have decided to leave the company. Me and my girlfriend are going to travel around Asia for twelve months we want to do it before we get married and have children. I will work the full four week notice you require, I hope that that will give you some time to find my replacement. I will help train the new employee if you need me to.
