The human skeleton is made up of 206 bones. When we are born we have about 300, but many of these bones will fuse together as we grow up.
Bones support your body and enable us to move.
Bones contain a lot of calcium, by drinking milk or eating foods such as broccoli and other foods enables bones to stay healthy.
